My Approach is real and simple

No diets, no gimmicks, no nonsense

I leverage evidence-based knowledge in nutrition science combined with a whole body, holistic approach to offer personalized nutrition services that help you achieve your health goals and improve your quality of life.


I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN)

This means I am a food and nutrition expert that has met various academic and professional requirements including: a bachelors degree in Human Biology with an emphasis in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, a verification statement upon completion of an accredited dietetic internship (supervised practice program) through Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA, and passing of the RD exam administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

  • Contributing recipe developer for The Healthy Meal Prep Cookbook by Toby Amidor, MS, RD, CDN (released 8/23/2017)
  • Marketing, media and public relations experience
  • Food journalist/contributing writer
  • Clinical, community and food service nutrition

Why I became an RDN…

As I began to discover the true power of food, I knew I needed to share it with others. I sought out ways to spread my knowledge – aspiring to educate and empower others to improve their lives with real-life, evidence-based, no nonsense nutrition.
