A solid start to conquering your health goals to nutrition. We’ll determine where you’re at today, where you want to be and how we can use nutrition strategies to get you there.
Two 60 minute sessions and two 30 minute follow up sessions, and 24/7 on call RD service
Step 1: We’ll get to know each other and discuss your primary heath concerns, ultimate goals, and current dietary and lifestyle practices.
Step 2: After analysis of your current food and lifestyle habits, we’ll discuss key nutrition principles and develop nutrition interventions to get you on track to achieving your health goals.

First, we’ll discuss your primary heath concerns, ultimate goals, and fully evaluate your current dietary and lifestyle practices.
Then we’ll talk nutrition basics. You’ll learn what it really means to “eat right” and make “good” choices, as well as understanding the “why” to making them. You’ll engage in three insightful and interactive nutrition education sessions and various nutrition counseling sessions that help you apply what we discussed in everyday life. This establishes the health-focused mindset and sound nutrition philosophies that help you meet your goals.
